Service Description

Obtain your American Heart Association (AHA) certified PALS class independently at a time that is convenient to you! INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING: - Select a date at least 1 BUSINESS DAY IN ADVANCE to: a) ensure you receive the link to complete the online portion b) have time to finish the online portion BEFORE your in-person session c) contacts us if you need to reschedule Daily Business Hours (Phone Customer Service) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Saturdays 8am - 12pm Closed on Saturdays and holidays You will be provided with an access code for the door to complete your in-person session either, before, during or after business hours independently. Students usually have no issue completing the hands-on session without assistance. If you anticipate needing guidance, you may want to book your session during business hours. Complete the class in less than 2.5 hours.* Independent learning. - 1/2 online. - 1/2 in-person, using the dedicated RQI simulation station. 1:1 student to station ratio. Note: Completion of the online class portion is required for certification. We will provide you with a link for completion. PALS Online Hybrid* Step 1: Complete the online portion (on average, less than 2 hours). Step 2: Complete the hands-on portion independently with our automated, RQI simulation station (on average, less than 30 minutes). Step 3: Pass and receive your AHA e-card instantly via email, valid for 2 years. Once you register, we will email you the access code to complete the online portion of the class. The time and date you select is to reserve the RQI learning station. Pass and complete the class independently. RQI Healthcare PALS verifies competence in pediatric advanced life support for infants and children. This program is an extension of RQI Healthcare Provider. Learners demonstrate knowledge via eLearning cognitive assessment activities; core skills in the Provider program are not repeated in PALS. Successful participation results in RQI verified eCredential and CME/CE credit.
