Obtain your American Heart Association (AHA) certified BLS class independently at a time that is convenient to you! INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING: - Select a date at least 1 BUSINESS DAY IN ADVANCE to: a) ensure you receive the link to complete the online portion b) have time to finish the online portion BEFORE your in-person session c) contacts us if you need to reschedule Daily Business Hours (Phone Customer Service) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Saturdays 8am - 12pm Closed on Saturdays and holidays You will be provided with an access code for the door to complete your in-person session either, before, during or after business hours independently. Students usually have no issue completing the hands-on session without assistance. If you anticipate needing guidance, you may want to book your session during business hours. Complete the class in less than 2.5 hours.* Independent learning. - 1/2 online. - 1/2 in-person, using the dedicated RQI simulation station. 1:1 student-to-station ratio. Note: Completion of the online class portion is required for certification. We will provide you with a link for completion. BLS Online Hybrid* Step 1: Complete the online portion (on average, less than 2 hours). Step 2: Complete the hands-on portion independently with our automated, RQI simulation station (on average, less than 30 minutes). Step 3: Pass and receive your AHA e-card instantly via email, valid for 2 years. Once you register, we will email you the access code to complete the online portion of the class. The time and date you select is to reserve the RQI learning station. Pass and complete the class independently. RQI Healthcare Provider BLS verifies competence in basic life support for adult, child and infant patients. Learners demonstrate knowledge via eLearning cognitive assessment activities and perform CPR skills on the RQI Simulation Station. Successful participation results in RQI verified eCredential and CME/CE credit. The program uses True Adaptive learning & the RQI Simulation Station to teach, reinforce and drive mastery of knowledge & skill of the AHA 2020 Guidelines for BLS and EMS. The program consists of an online & hands-on session completed every quarter to verify high-quality CPR competence.
